Superb tutor and person Ethan is an excellent and highly qualified tutor. He played a huge part in my teenage son's achievement at GCSE. This was not an easy task. When I engaged Ethan, my son was being scored in exam cycles and mocks at just Grade 3. He was really struggling to make sense of the syllabus. From the beginning, Ethan differentiated himself by interviewing me to understand the child’s history, including motivation and known impediments. Later, Ethan took time to coordinate his approach with my son's school teacher in a complementary way. The outcome of his dedication was that my son achieved an excellent grade (7) in his Maths GCSE. This was a huge success given the starting point and prior struggles. This achievement has really contributed to my son's confidence beyond Maths as he proceeds to A-Levels. Teachers like Eth are extremely rare these days, especially if you want your child to think about mathematics. We've been with Tom for more than a year, and I highly recommend Tom for turning my 8-year-old into a junior mathematician. He is now at 9. My son has often surprised me with the variety of ways one can solve a problem, and this is purely down to Tom, who has highly influenced his thinking style and prepared him for the unprepared type of questions. I am happy to share that my son has been offered a place at one of London's top independent schools, with Tom's guidance. If you are looking for support in maths at any year group, then don't look further. You can completely depend on Tom for anything under maths. We've had a fantastic experience so far, and we are now looking to continue with him for another year.
