I will teach technical painting and drawing skills from beginner to more advanced levels , being sure to personally engage with every student and monitor your progress closely to match you with the correct resources needed to grow . I will focus my teaching onto the aspects of art you are most interested in , and set up exercises for any technical skills you wish to improve.
Furthermore my lessons will have a focus on stylistic experimentation ,in order to help you discover your own unique way in which to create. We will delve through art history together and break down great art to understand what makes an impactful painting , and how we can replicate these effects in our own work.

In terms of my experience : i am a brighton based acrylic painter , digital artist and graphic designer with a rich knowledge on all technical aspects of visual art. I have experience in childcare , making me aware of how to make a lesson engaging and interesting for younger students. Furthermore , my personal experience in online commission based work makes me confident in working quickly, sharpening my ability to effectively give demonstrations and create exercises.

As a tutor i will aim to make lessons fun and engaging whilst also making students comfortable and at ease by establishing a safe learning environment as well as a strong sense of personal engagement. I hope you choose me as your tutor and let’s embark on this artistic journey together !
