Starting at the age of sixteen, I embarked on a journey of teaching mathematics to primary school children, driven by my passion for sharing knowledge. Along the way, I discovered that many individuals struggle with mathematics due to the misconception that it's a difficult subject.

In my approach to teaching mathematics, I believe in laying a strong foundation by starting with the basics. Mathematics is a cumulative subject, built upon various topics. Therefore, I begin by introducing fundamental concepts in a clear and simple manner. I make sure to start with concrete examples, allowing students to grasp the concepts before delving into more abstract understanding.

Moreover, I firmly believe in the power of hands-on learning. I provide students with opportunities to engage in practical activities and exercises for each subject matter. This hands-on approach not only enhances understanding but also solidifies learning.

In addition to teaching, I prioritize celebrating students' progress and offering constructive feedback. Recognizing their achievements boosts their confidence and motivation to excel in mathematics. Furthermore, I provide mentorship support, guiding students through challenges and nurturing their mathematical abilities.

In essence, my teaching philosophy revolves around making mathematics accessible and enjoyable for all students. By starting with the basics, offering hands-on learning experiences, and providing ongoing support and encouragement, I strive to instil confidence and a love for mathematics in my students.
