Esther Njeri Wagura

I'm Esther N. Wagura, a native Kenyan based in Nyeri County. Teaching has been my field for the last 3 years. Making students excel in the English and Literature field is my area of specialization.

My lessons are interactive and engaging. I mainly incorporate clear instructions that are easy to follow, and I engage my students with question - based tasks to support the learning process. By using the virtual learning tools like Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype, it ensures that every student is taken onboard. However, I prefer my students to choose the best platform they are comfortable with to allow the sense of incorporation and belonging when learning.

Since the English field is broad, I also provide students with assignment and assessment tasks to ensure that every topic is covered. My 3 years experience and my teacher qualities: fairness, truthfulness, efficiency, reliability, role - model and interactive, enlightens me to know where every learner requires assistance. I believe that every learner deserves the best teacher.

Additionally, I present my lesson content through charts, visual representation, illustrations, demonstrations, stories, scenarios and others. I turn my lesson content into a fun learning process that is not only objective but also resourceful. I believe learning should be motivating as well as connecting to create more interest to the learners.

As a teacher, my goal is to impart knowledge that builds, identifies and makes learners acquire more skills. Together let's make an informed society that is well knowledgeable to conquer more in life. Thank you.
