My lessons are built around one simple idea: Psychology makes far more sense when you understand *why* rather than simply memorising *what*. I use discussion, questioning, real-world examples and application to help my students make connections between theories, research and behaviour.
I make a conscious effort to tailor my lessons to the individual student, doing what I can to ensure that the learning process is not only informative, but enjoyable. I encourage students to explain ideas in their own words, think critically, challenge assumptions and ask questions, rather than simply receiving information.
Throughout the learning journey, I strive to help students build confidence in breaking down difficult concepts, evaluating different perspectives, practising exam questions and developing clear, well-structured answers. My aim is for students to leave each lesson not only knowing more, but see how Psychology is integrated into everyday life, and how a good understanding of its frameworks can help them engage with the world in a more impactful, positive way.
