My lessons are supportive, calm, and focused on helping each student build confidence and reach their personal goals. I create a safe and friendly space where students feel comfortable to talk, learn, and grow without pressure or judgement.
Each session is adapted to the individual needs of the student. We can focus on confidence building, motivation, communication skills, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. I help students identify their strengths, set realistic goals, and take small practical steps forward.
My approach is very interactive and person- centred. I listen carefully, ask the right questions, and guide students to find their own answers. I believe that progress comes from understanding yourself and building self-belief step by step.
Although I have previous experience working with people in supportive roles, I am also passionate about continuing to grow and develop my coaching practice. My goal is to help students feel more confident, more focused, and more positive in their daily life.
