With over 25 years of professional culinary experience across fine dining restaurants, executive hospitality, and corporate catering environments, I bring a practical, engaging, and confidence-building approach to cooking lessons. My background includes working within high-level corporate hospitality, executive dining, and fine dining kitchens, where precision, creativity, organisation, and consistency were essential every day.
My lessons are designed to be supportive, structured, and adaptable to each student’s individual goals and experience level. Whether teaching complete beginners, passionate home cooks, or professionals looking to refine their skills, I focus on building confidence alongside strong culinary foundations.
