Lessons & Bookings I offer single lessons as well as grouped packages of 5 or 10 sessions at a discounted hourly rate of £35 p/Hr. These can be used individually or in blocks, depending on your needs and my availability, to ensure lessons fit both your learning goals and my energy levels.
The more preparation I can do before a lesson, the more productive our time together will be. Before we start, it’s helpful if you can send:
• Music you’ve made, or if you haven’t created anything yet, the music you aspire to make.
• Any formal training (e.g., music theory grades, instruments you play, singing experience).
• References to the area of music you’re aiming for — this helps me tailor the session to your style and goals.
I’ll help you identify your goals so we can structure each lesson around your creative direction. I’m also happy to answer emails or messages if you get stuck between sessions.
Lessons typically last one hour, though longer sessions can be arranged if needed. I offer flexible teaching styles depending on your preferences: we can build a track together from scratch in a structured approach, or focus on specific areas where you want more confidence and skill.
I prefer lessons in the morning or early afternoon to ensure I’m at my best and can deliver the highest quality sessions. I avoid lessons after 2 pm to make sure you get focused, valuable guidance.
Before we begin, I’ll assess your current understanding and knowledge so we start at the right level and don’t skip anything important. This ensures every session is productive, goal-oriented, and tailored to you.
