I’m a Master’s-trained Art History tutor with advanced studies in Fine and Applied Arts. My lessons are fun, interactive, and designed around you, whether you’re in secondary school or at university. I want Art History to feel exciting, not just a list of dates or names. We explore the stories, ideas, and techniques behind artworks so you can really understand and enjoy them.
My lessons combine visual examples, discussions, and hands-on activities. I use slides, pictures of famous and lesser-known artworks, and examples that connect the art to real life. You’ll get to ask questions, share your thoughts, and think critically about art, history, and culture.
For secondary students, I focus on building a strong foundation art movements, styles, and techniques while helping you analyze and appreciate art. For tertiary students, we go deeper, covering research methods, critical analysis, and detailed discussions about style, context, and cultural impact.
I’ve taught students at different levels, so I know how to adapt lessons to your pace and learning style.
My aim is to make Art History clear, engaging, and memorable. By the end of our lessons, you won’t just learn; you’ll think like an art historian and feel confident discussing and analyzing artworks.
My lessons are structured but dynamic, giving you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed while actually enjoying the process of learning Art History.
