I use a variety of techniques depending on what is agreed with the student. Everything is adapted so that it is unique to the student and uses real examples of challenges they are working on.

Slide decks, video, quizzes and discussions are regularly used in my content as well as one - to- one mentoring.

Once the number of sessions has been confirmed a full curriculum of topics will be agreed upon. I also offer stand alone sessions, which are particularly useful for confidence building around a specific event.

Most lessons will also be accompanied by a handout with links to further learning (books and videos etc), next steps and homework for those who want to do extra work in between sessions.

I focus on outcomes and will work with you to ensure that you get the most out of our sessions and that you are set up to achieve whatever it is you have set out to do.
