I have excellent coaching skills developed over many years of teaching sixth form, access course, undergraduate and masters students at top institutions all over the UK. As a teacher and lecturer it is my job to help students improve their academic performance. As a writer and editor of many years of experience I can offer expert analysis of your writing and can suppport you to improve essay structure, syntax, and use of citations, so that you can fulfill your potential. I will work with you to discover what you need and create bespoke support. My specialist subjects are art and art history, and I can also help with history, English literature, and undergraduate philosophy.

I have an excellent grasp of the school to university progression path and experience as a university admissions tutor. I mentor school students through all stages of university application. I understand how to help students to improve communication skills, identify the support they need, understand where they need to improve, plan their progression and make appropriate choices.
