Every Lesson with me is designed to do two things at once - building your knowledge of history and build your confidence with learning.
Sessions are relaxed, conversational and completely tailored to you. There are no lectures, no talking at you, and no pressure to already know the answers. My background in coaching and people development means I understand how students best learn, and how to get the most out of them.
A typical lesson begins with a brief recap of the previous session to reinforce what has already been covered. From there, new content is introduced through story telling and discussion, bringing historical events to life in a way that makes it interesting and easy to remember.
Every student is different and I adapt my approach accordingly. Whether it's support in a specific topic, essay writing, source analysis, or general exam prep, each session is built around what is needed.
By the end of the sessions, the knowledge of history will be there and the confidence to present it too.

Initial consultation to formulate the program and content of learning. Also the schedule and hourly need requirement.

Special requests or add ons can be discussed in initial introduction.
