Emma Cooling

Hi!

My name is Emma, and I'm a university student of English literature and German in Maynooth University, Ireland. I am currently on my year abroad, undertaking a traineeship as an English language teacher in two secondary schools in Salzburg, Austria. I am accepting students looking to study:

-basic German
-English as a foreign language (A2 level and above)
-English literature

I have worked as a self-employed private tutor for three years now, mostly teaching basic German. My traineeship in Salzburg involves teaching English conversation, vocabulary, and grammar skills to Austrian students from ages 13-21. Both of these experiences have afforded me with the confidence to teach in a way which is approachable, effective and dynamic. I do not believe in just spitting information at my students - we're a team, and cooperation and interaction is everything.

All my students are entitled to a discounted £10 first lesson to judge whether it's a right fit.
