We begin by clarifying your goal, whether that is preparing for an interview, delivering a keynote, leading meetings with more authority or simply feeling less anxious when you speak.
From there, each session blends technique with real life application. You will work on breath control, vocal strength, clarity, pace and articulation, alongside strategies to manage nerves and think clearly under pressure.
I often use short, targeted exercises drawn from my Master’s training in Voice Studies at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, combined with my experience as a LAMDA examiner and communication coach.
Sessions are structured but never rigid. We might warm up the voice, practise a specific technique, apply it directly to your speech or presentation, and then refine it with precise, constructive feedback. You will not just talk about communication, you will actively practise it in a safe, focused space.
I work both in person and on Zoom, and in both formats you can expect clear guidance, actionable tools and steady encouragement. My aim is that you leave each lesson knowing exactly what to work on and feeling a tangible shift in confidence, control and presence.
