Emily Power

I work as a Head of Performing Arts at a secondary school and am passionate about teaching. I completed my Masters in Theatre Studies at the Universiteit van Amsterdam and my BA degree in Drama & Theatre Studies at Aberystwyth Uni. I am also the co-founder of a youth theatre and have performed in many plays and short films, including 'Romeo and Juliet'.

My approach to teaching is adaptive and inclusive - I am able to differentiate material to best suit your way of learning. Performing is a creative art form and I love to utilise creative methods. My academic background also means I'm happy to help you with preparing for written elements of coursework or exams. Whether it is proof-reading creative writing, studying for a written examination or writing essays for coursework, I am happy to help!
