I like to employ a range of learning techniques in my lessons. This spans from interactive presentations to teach content, to example exercises to practice it, and to creating revision resources helping you get exam ready. With experience tutoring children aged 11 to 16, I am confident and well-prepared to teach all secondary school aged children, whether that be GCSE preparation or simply keeping up with courses you might find difficult. Currently studying A-Level English literature, French, Geography and Religious studies, I am well practiced in learning, retaining and applying knowledge and am eager to share these skills with anyone in need of some help. My timetable allows me a lot of flexibility across the week, meaning I can adapt to fit to your schedule, making tuition a simple bonus to your education, helping to make life easier, not more stressful! My teaching techniques aim to go beyond what you might receive in a classroom, with methods tailored to your needs, even if this varies from subject to subject. I am also happy to provide extra resources for outside of lessons, helping to boost your academic achievements in the long-term, not just for within sessions. Having recently experienced the secondary school curriculum, I feel particularly qualified to provide support in the areas that are of great importance as well as any tricky topics more specific to your personal needs. I am willing to go beyond just the tuition lessons, learning and sourcing beneficial tools constantly, to ensure you get the most out of your additional studies and ultimately achieve success!
