My lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s individual needs. We usually begin by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, often with a short diagnostic exercise or a discussion of recent work. This helps me understand how best to support each student and build a personalised learning plan for the time we have.
Lessons typically combine clear explanations, worked examples, and plenty of practice questions, ensuring that students not only understand the concepts but can also apply them to solve problems. I place a strong focus on exam technique and problem-solving strategies, so students gain confidence in tackling GCSE, Level 3 Core Maths, and A-Level questions.
I have been teaching GCSE Maths since 2018, Level 3 Core Maths since 2019, and A-Level Maths since 2021, which gives me extensive experience in adapting lessons to different ability levels. My approach is patient, encouraging, and highly structured, ensuring that students can progress at a comfortable pace while staying challenged.
Lessons are delivered online via Microsoft Teams or in-person, depending on your preference, and I am flexible with scheduling to suit students’ timetables. I also integrate past papers, exam-style questions, and regular feedback so students can track their progress and focus on improvement.
