My sessions are a place to talk about whatever is going on for you. Whether that's managing mental health, finding direction in your life, or improving your felt sense of self-worth. I'm passionate about helping people figure out who they are, what they want, and then how to take steps towards an aligned future where they can thrive.

Developing a positive mindset grounded in self-belief, self-worth, and ambition is one of the most important things anyone can do. Which is why one of my main focuses is mindset work and personal development. For this sort of work, we will consider the way you think about yourself, your beliefs about the world, and your past experiences. To change, we first need to figure out what it is that's holding us back, before we can move forward. And we can change - one of the most effective ways I've found to do that, is to change our self-concept. I can take you through exercises and workshops, to do just that.

I'm also here to help navigate mental health challenges and difficulties. I experienced challenges with my mental health in my teenage years and most of my 20s - so I know what it's like - and have spent a significant amount of time since doing personal development work in the form of workshops, coaching programmes, and various therapeutic practices. This journey has given me an informed, grounded understanding of what it’s like to struggle mentally and emotionally, as well as how to improve and manage those feelings. I have insight, techniques, and exercises to share, which I think are useful to anyone navigating emotional challenges.

In sessions, I'll listen and empathise with no judgement. And I mean that. Sometimes, we just need to feel seen and heard. Depending on what you want to work on, I'll teach you practical techniques and approaches to help navigate the challenges you're facing. I found in my own experience that the combination of talking + practical actions made the biggest difference to whatever I was moving through.

I can also help with figuring out life goals, motivation, organisation, and finding the right therapy for you - if therapy is something you would like or would benefit from. It's often hard to know what you need/what to look for!

For transparency: I am not a trained mental health professional. What I am is a mentor who wants to support and help move you forward in any way I can. There will be limits to the advice I can give, but whenever there are limits, I will always point you in the direction of someone who can help.
