For Counselling & Psychotherapy Training Support: The content for our lessons will be based on the areas of development you would like to work on and the goals that we set. In a lesson, we will begin by reviewing theory, exploring ideas and alternative perspectives (compare and contrast to other concepts or theories), to then spend time looking at practical applications, case studies, and skills practice (depending on your level of training and needs.

For Tarot as a tool for Personal Development: Our lessons will consist of the relevant history of the Tarot, the major and minor arcana, the archetypes and symbols in the imagery, the 'shadow', patterns, 'journeys', and interpretations. We will cover each card in depth in a relational way, connecting with our intuition to draw meaning, practice different ways to draw cards, lay them out in spreads, and uncover what story they are telling through the whole picture. This training can be used as CPD for professionals, and I will provide written evidence of lessons undertaken upon request.
