Hi there! I plan on my lessons being a complete overview of a topic, right from the beginning. I will cover the very basics of a topic, going into detail about why this is useful, where it can be applied in real life (as this connection often helps when problem solving later), and slowly introducing more and more concepts as the lesson goes in.

There will be problems to solve throughout, so I can understand where you're at with the topic, what you understand and what you may need more help with. I will go through all of the problems with you, explaining my entire method in detail and going over more information if needed to help you consolidate your understanding.

We will then take a 5 minute break, talk about other topics you may want help with for future lessons, and then go back to the focus of the lesson and attempt more questions to see how well you have understood the content and can go back to it without help.

My availability changes every week due to my part-time job, so I am happy to organise something with you on an ad hoc basis. In theory I am available from 7am to 11pm every day, but depending on my college and work timetable I can't state my availability for definite, so will happily sort something out with you separately.
