My background includes formal study in both behavioural science and psychology, as well as practical experience in wellness and youth support. I’ve worked in holistic health environments where I developed my communication and empathy skills, which I bring into every tutoring session. I also have training in yoga therapy and trauma-informed care, which supports my ability to work sensitively and effectively with diverse learners.
