I have over 20 years experience:
• Working with young people returning to education after absence or exclusion.
• Working on a ‘one to one’ basis with vulnerable learners / ESOL learners to help them improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English.

• Learning takes place in a low-pressure setting/ in a safe and engaging environment • Working with students to help overcome barriers to learning and progress academically.
• Providing individual support to students, working towards their specific educational requirements
• Experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils and those from diverse cultural backgrounds to improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English (ESOL)
I have also worked with mature students returning to education and starting off at beginner level.
I will assess /evaluate student’s progress and provide feedback/reports/ to students/teachers/parents
