Hi! I'm Ella – Experienced GCSE & A-Level Biology Tutor

I’m a dedicated GCSE & A-Level Biology tutor with a strong track record of helping students boost their grades and confidence. Having achieved an A* in A-Level Biology and a Grade 9 in GCSE Biology, I know what it takes to succeed in exams.

I provide engaging, tailored lessons to help students understand Biology, build exam confidence, and achieve top grades. I create an individualised plan for each student based on their needs and goals, ensuring lessons are interactive, structured, and effective.

In our first session, we’ll assess your current level by going through key concepts. From there, we’ll focus on:

Breaking down complex topics into clear explanations
Making connections across topics for deeper understanding
Active recall and spaced repetition to reinforce learning
Past paper practice and mark scheme analysis to master exam skills
Regular homework and assessments to track progress

I deliver my lessons via Zoom online for flexibility and convenience.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, but I can adjust the length to suit your needs. To reinforce learning, I provide homework or independent study tasks after each lesson. These assignments help strengthen understanding and allow us to track progress when we review them in the next session.
