I first gave alot of private lessons to primary school students. I officially became a teacher at a private school and taught there for a year. My lessons are mostly flexible as i break it down to the understand of all level of students. Most at times, i use what students experience in their day to say life so they can better understand the structure, style and development of my lessons. My main aim is not only for students to understand but for them to be able to express themselves freely. Guidance and counseling is an added factor to the students to help them with their interaction in the society in general. Before every lesson, a lesson plan is developed with its objectives, students and teachers activities as well as teaching tools. As such the students are prepared.
