Elizabeth Joel

I am a recent graduate of the University of Salford. I have applied for this role because I have a passion to educate others and assist them in reaching their potential. I also want to contribute to inspiring the next generation as others have inspired me.

My experience as a Course Representative will make me a great fit for this role. I was chosen as a Course Representative for two consecutive years. During this role, I was regularly tasked with communicating information to students from members of staff, which included ensuring that I was clear and direct in my approach to make information understandable to students. I took part in delivering short presentations during lectures to inform students of important changes.

My current role as a youth leader for a Christian Youth organisation, Kingdom Youths International, has given me a wealth of experience with working with young people and teaching. I have undertaken the role of organising, scheduling and hosting weekly meetings and monthly conferences. This has enabled

Lessons will mostly be delivered verbally online, but I am happy to make presentations if the student is comfortable with that. I also may use online worksheets for students to be able to practice to improve. Lessons will take no more that an hour each time the student comes for one. Lessons will be creative and interactive, allowing the student to ask and answer questions and check their understanding.

Willing to cater each lesson to the students particular needs and find out what works best for them.
