Elif Nur Acar

Hello, I’m Elif Nur Acar, a native Turkish speaker who completed my Bachelor's degree in Poland and is now moving to the UK this January for my Master's. Having studied abroad for several years, I truly understand the journey of learning a new language and communicating in a foreign environment. I’m super excited to share my language and culture with students who want to learn Turkish, whether they are starting completely from scratch, aiming to improve conversation skills, or preparing for travel or work.
I don’t believe in boring, rigid grammar drills. My teaching focuses on how people actually speak in daily life. Students work on real scenarios, practical vocabulary, and natural pronunciation to start speaking confidently right from the beginning. Every session is fully tailored around the student's unique goals and comfortable learning pace using interactive materials, custom prompts, news articles, and practical exercises.
Having lived as an international student, I make sure to offer a relaxed, friendly, and patient space where students never have to worry about making mistakes—because that's truly the best way to learn! I also love sharing cultural nuances, expressions, and everyday idioms to help learners feel like true insiders. Whether the goal is mastering the basics or holding full conversations, I’m always here to help students reach fluency step by step.
