Welcome to my life coaching practice-:) I pride myself on offering a coaching experience that feels both personal and practical.

Just like a thoughtfully designed and well-prepared apartment has everything you need to feel at home, my coaching sessions are thoughtfully designed to give you the tools, support, and motivation you need to move forward in work and life. All you need to bring is your willingness to learn and grow.

I'm Electra, an accredited life coach working with young adults, professionals, and job seekers, aged 16 to 46. Whether you're navigating career direction, job searching, progressing in your career, or building confidence in communication or relationships, I can guide you with clarity and care.

Location-wise, I work online and in person, depending on your preferences and availability. Each session is tailored to your personal & professional goals.

In the sessions, you’ll be welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and respect. After the session you will receive a written summary recap and homework to complete until the next session. Every client is unique, and I make space for that. Whether it’s your first step or your next big move, I’ll help you get there, one session at a time. I work fast and with results.

Depending on your personal circumstances, I offer two types of coaching services:

1. One-to-one sessions for personalised support. This can take the form of a one-time session or ongoing sessions over a set period of time.
2. Project-based coaching to help you reach a specific goal. This is a structured programme delivered over multiple sessions and a set timeframe. It’s ideal for goals that require planning, accountability, and measurable progress and it cannot be done in just one session.
