I will assess students abilities in a certain topic and then aim to teach them gaps that they have in their knowledge. I will also allow students to interact with work with activities that will help then retain information. I will also allow students to create pieces of work in ways that are comfortable for them so that they can easily consolidate their knowledge and skills. My teaching skills will allow them to apply their knowledge to exam style questions as well as just retaining it and not progressing.

I have experience working with students during some volunteering in local classes which have allowed me to become a good tutor in a classroom environment. However, since I only do online tutoring lessons I will also provide online resources to help the students with anything they don't understand.
