Iam an experienced teacher with an experience of 15 years in Biology.Biology always fascinated me that's why I chose to teach it.My method of teaching is interactive and focuses on interaction, flexibility, and adapting instruction to meet learners' evolving needs, resulting in higher engagement and better information retention.I highly encourage student participation and by using different techniques like technology,role playing and active participation I will give them a deep understanding of subject.The format teaching would include blend structured modules, including video lectures, text-based materials, discussion and interactive quizzes. My aim is for blending in-depth subject expertise with tailored teaching strategies, highlighting passion for science education and a commitment to student progress.I believe every student can succeed in biology. I start by pinpointing the specific gap in their understanding—whether it's a foundational concept or a study skill issue. I then break down the information into manageable parts, using visual aids, diagrams, and real-world analogies to make the abstract concrete. I Emphasize creating personalized lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and academic needs.Using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to explain complex topics. Starting with a simple analogy, moving to a hands-on experiment, and concluding with a review quiz to check for understanding.Key focus areas include pedagogical methods for engagement, troubleshooting student misconceptions, and using assessment data to measure the understanding of students.Breaking down huge topics into tiny, manageable steps.Using quick poll,asking a quick, ungraded true/false question before moving to the next topic to prevent monotony in students .
