Hi, I'm Dominic! I am an enthusiastic maths tutor dedicated to helping students overcome academic hurdles and achieve their full potential. I believe that there is no "one-size-fits-all" way to learn maths. I excel at identifying where a student is getting stuck and adapting my style to bridge those gaps.
What My Lessons will be like generally
My lessons are structured, patient, and completely tailored to the student's individual curriculum. A typical session follows a clear format:
The Warm-up: A quick review of previous topics to make sure the foundations are solid.
Guided Practice: Working through problems together, slowly handing over the reins to the student as their confidence grows. Students can ask questions whenever they like if they are stuck.
Wrap-up: A quick recap of what we mastered today and a clear plan for next time.
I believe that any student can be excellent at maths with enough time and effort they just need to put in the work!
