Experienced Physics & Science Teacher | KS3 to A Level

I am a qualified teacher with QTS and three years of teaching experience in the UK. I specialise in Physics and Science, supporting students from KS3 through to A Level.

I have experience teaching a wide range of courses and abilities, including GCSE and A Level Physics, KS3 Science, BTEC Applied Science and BTEC Engineering. I also spent three years teaching in Trinidad, where I taught CSEC Physics and Integrated Science, giving me experience working with different curricula and helping students build strong foundations in scientific knowledge and problem-solving.

My approach to tutoring is centred around making difficult concepts easier to understand. I break topics down into manageable steps, use clear explanations and examples, and adapt lessons to suit each student’s individual needs and learning style. I also place a strong emphasis on developing exam technique, applying knowledge to unfamiliar questions, and building confidence.

Whether a student needs help understanding a challenging topic, preparing for exams, improving their grades, or simply becoming more confident in Physics and Science, I aim to create supportive and engaging lessons where they can make steady progress.
