Between mental health nursing, psychology study, and now mentoring, I’ve learned what genuinely helps people feel less overwhelmed.
I’m a second-year Psychology undergraduate with nearly four years of experience as a mental health nursing assistant, working directly with people navigating anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm. This year, I’m also stepping into a mentoring role supporting adolescent girls’ mental health through a school-based charity - work that’s given me a deeper understanding of the pressures young people face, from academic stress to everyday overwhelm.
I’ve also worked at a summer camp, where I supported children and teens through a mix of structured activities and one-on-one check-ins - experience that taught me how to build trust quickly and create a space where people feel comfortable opening up.
Bringing all of this together, my mindfulness sessions focus on practical, accessible techniques: breathing exercises, grounding, and reflective conversation. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all mindfulness - each session is tailored to what you’re carrying, whether that’s exam stress, burnout, or just needing space to think.
Sessions are fully online, so you can join from wherever suits you. We’ll start by talking through what’s on your mind, then work through techniques that fit your specific situation. My goal isn’t to give you a script to follow - it’s to help you build tools you can actually use in daily life, long after our session ends.
Whether you’re dealing with deadline stress, exam anxiety, or just feeling stretched thin, I’m here to help you find some calm.
