Hey, I'm a passionate lecturer in a primary school in my city ( english medium) . Also passed a phycology tests about childrens phycology. So I can understand very quickly that which students need which method of learning. I basically first day listen to the student and also their parents at first to understand the way I need to communicate with and how to increase the students way of learning and interests in the subject.
