I have been an educator for last 18 years. I have a vast experience of teaching both offline and online.
My methodology is through explanation and discussion. Doubt clearing is done frequently about the topics covered. I use videos to elaborate certain difficult concepts. I try to simplify the concepts as much as possible and try and come down to a students way of understanding before I decide to introduce a concept. Previous knowledge of the student is checked so as to understand at what level a concept has to be introduced to him/ her. I truly believe in healthy discussions yo break the momotony of a class. I am still very enthusiastic about my subject and hope to imbibe the same in my students.
