I have two years experience of tutoring for Undergraduate Psychology. I have also taught a student who has a visual impairment. Their partial blindness meant that I had to deliver the content verbally and verbally describe diagrams of interest to explain a topic. My sessions are very relaxed, engaging and interactive (only if the student feels confident enough to do so!). I do not expect the student to have their camera on or microphone - although it would be lovely to see who I am teaching. I am very flexible in terms of availability and open to doing evening or really early morning sessions if this suits.

My lessons are structured like so:
Introduction session:
- Learn about you! how you prefer to learn, availability, what you expect from me as a tutor.

- Introduction to the session (recap of last session, learning objectives for today's session)
- Go through the content (I usually use powerpoint slides, quiz, personalised drawings for those who are more visual)
- Test knowledge with a Kahoot or a small quiz.
- Reflect on how the session has gone. What they want to focus on for next session. Homework if that is something that they want from me.

I can go through any powerpoint slides which are provided by the students University and simplify it if I have it ahead of time to make some notes for :)

I can also provide exam preparation help. For me what worked well was going through papers with my tutor as I went through my undergraduate degree and focus on writing style and structure.
