I am a BPS-accredited Psychology graduate with a Master’s degree in Clinical and Developmental Neuropsychology, combining academic research experience with applied clinical practice. My background spans experimental psychology, psychometric assessment, and CBT-informed clinical work, which allows me to approach psychology not only as a theoretical discipline but as a practical and evidence-based science.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have worked as a research assistant in experimental psychology laboratories, contributed to psychometric instrument development, and supported clients as an Assistant Psychologist under supervision. I have experience using and interpreting validated psychological measures, as well as supporting data analysis using SPSS and JASP. I am also familiar with experimental platforms such as Testable, which strengthens my ability to guide students through research design and data collection processes.

As a tutor, I value structure, clarity, and critical thinking. I aim to help students move beyond memorisation and develop a deeper conceptual understanding of psychological theories, research methods, and statistical reasoning. I particularly enjoy supporting university students with dissertation projects, including refining research questions, structuring literature reviews, selecting appropriate methodologies, and interpreting results confidently and accurately.

My teaching style is calm, supportive, and analytical. I understand that psychology can feel overwhelming, especially at advanced levels, and I focus on breaking complex ideas into manageable, logical steps. My goal is to build both academic competence and confidence, helping students achieve strong results while genuinely understanding the material.
