Demidu Bookoladeniya

I hold a First Class BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences and have worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Colombo and as an Academic Demonstrator at CINEC Campus, where I taught undergraduate modules in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Clinical Science.

My teaching style is student-focused and interactive. I begin by assessing each student’s current understanding and learning goals, then provide clear explanations, real-life examples, and targeted practice to strengthen their knowledge. For complex topics, I use diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns, and active questioning to make concepts easier to understand.

Whether you need help with exam preparation, homework, or building a strong foundation in biology, my goal is to make lessons engaging, supportive, and confidence-boosting. I also integrate insights from my research experience to help students connect theory with real-world scientific applications.
