I will help my students develop their knowledge of grammar and punctuation, as well as their speaking, reading, listening and writing skills. I ensure they read at least for 15 minutes everyday as this will help them in forming the simple sentences. I encourage to discuss and make a conversation about the stories they read everyday. I Provide books or other materials at different reading levels. I encourage them to ask questions and make interactive conversations. I give them the work sheets on daily basis as this will help them to have a revision on what they are learning and this develop the confidence in using the grammar. I also do the phonic screening check initially to understand the level of their skills. Most importantly, I make them feel comfortable, confident and happy to learn the subject. I focus more on using the correct grammar while framing the sentences and gradually develop the ability to speak on short topics. I give them the pictures to describe using the elaborative sentences as this will highly develop their ability to speak confidently in a group. I also make my students write their journals every day before they start the session. I encourage the students to Re-tell the stories by using the simple sentences as this will help them in developing their vocabulary.
