Current status: Working as freelance academic editor, proofreader, and writer while further pursuing postgraduate studies.

Academic background: Holds a degree in business administration with a major in human resources. Holds a postgraduate degree in management. Currently, pursuing postgraduate in international business, particularly focusing in cross culture research.

Reason for Tutoring: Aim to help students who need help grow and improve. At the same time, helps tutor keep up with developing subject content.

Subjects: Business administration related subjects, human resources management, leadership, organisational behaviour, management, cross culture, etc.

Additional experience: Capable of advising for improvement in academic writing, thesis, article, and dissertation writing, proofreading, and related help.

Additional info: Due to time differences between students' location and tutor location, the classes will be arranged in timings that accommodate the availability of both sides. Classes will be conducted fully ONLINE.

I’m patient, encouraging, and committed to helping students understand their subjects deeply, not just memorize.
