My Background:

My background is built on a decade of real experience. I studied Human Biology almost 10 years ago, which gave me a strong understanding of how the body works.

My Background:

My background is built on a decade of real experience. I studied Human Biology almost 10 years ago, which gave me a strong understanding of how the body works.

From there, I went through my own fitness journey — learning how to train properly, get stronger, and build sustainable habits.

A big part of my story is my experience with mental health challenges and being diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Fitness became a way for me to manage symptoms, reduce pain, and protect my physical and mental wellbeing.

Previously I worked with the NHS as a Health & Wellbeing Coach, where I supported pre-diabetic patients through lifestyle change, behaviour coaching, and structured education.

Now, I run my own online fitness coaching business empowering women to feel strong in themsleves through fitness.

My coaching focuses on: building strength, losing fat sustainably, finding confidence in your body and adapting your favourite (or cultural foods) into a healthy lifestyle. My style is non-judgemental, and focused on long-term lifestyle change, not quick fixes.

Coaching Format:
