My lessons are creative, grounding, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I offer one-to-one online sessions that combine academic support with life coaching, focusing on confidence, motivation, organisation, and wellbeing alongside subject learning.
Sessions are structured yet flexible, working with each student’s capacities and goals. We begin by acknowledging current achievements, identifying targets or challenges, and then working with practical strategies such as study skills, time management, mindset tools, and reflective discussion. I teach Philosophy, English Language and Literature, Humanities, and English as a Second Language, adapting my teaching style to suit different learning preferences. I believe every student deserves a calming, empathetic space in which to grow and become their best self.
I have over 15 years of experience working with children, young people, university students, adults, lecturers, and educational institutions. I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent students and those on the autism spectrum. I create a safe, non-judgemental environment where students feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow. I also integrate creative exercises and reflective practices to help students connect learning to personal growth. My aim is to help students build confidence, clarity, resilience, and self-awareness so they can thrive academically, personally, and in pursuing the future they want, equipped with the skills and mindset to succeed.
