My lessons are tailored to each student, focusing on their individual goals, challenges, and learning style. I usually start by understanding what the student wants to achieve, then we work together to set clear, achievable goals. Sessions are a mix of guided discussion, practical exercises, and reflection, so students not only gain strategies for studying and managing stress but also develop self-awareness and confidence.
I use a flexible format—sometimes one-to-one coaching, sometimes interactive activities or goal-setting exercises—depending on what works best for the student. I also provide ongoing support between sessions, helping students track their progress and adjust strategies as needed.
With experience supporting students through academic pressures, personal challenges, and transitions, I aim to make each lesson positive, motivating, and practical. My focus is always on empowering students to take control of their learning, improve their wellbeing, and build skills they can carry beyond our sessions.
