As an online tutor, I prioritize utilizing resources effectively and addressing individual weaknesses. Here's an overview of my teaching method:

Textbook and Resource Utilization: Before our lessons, we will discuss the textbooks you are learning from. This will allow me to familiarise myself with how you have been learning the subject so far

Identifying Weaknesses: Maths often suffers from poor teaching methods, leading to misconceptions and difficulties. I will work with you to identify specific problem areas that are commonly taught poorly. By understanding your weaknesses, we can focus on those topics first to ensure a strong foundation.

Demonstrations: I will use pen and paper and virtual whiteboard demonstrations to show you first-hand the thought-processes that come with solving a maths problem and all the intuition behind it.

Interactive Practice: Practice is crucial for mastering mathematics. During our lessons, we will engage in interactive practice sessions, solving problems together and reinforcing understanding.

Communication: despite my love for maths I am still very friendly and great with communication :)

Time: For both of our sakes we should work in a timeframe that prevents burnout. A study period of 1-2 hours will keep the both of us fresh to learn and teach to the maximum capacity. Cramming without understanding is one of the main hindrances to succeeding in maths and so we will take our time to actually understand what we are covering, without going too slow to be boring.

By combining these I aim to create an engaging and effective learning experience that will fully improve your understanding and confidence in maths.
