Hi there!

My name is David, and I offer lessons on Communication and Presentation Skills.

These lessons are practical, supportive, and designed to help you feel more confident in how you communicate, without it feeling like a lecture or a box-ticking exercise. I aim to create a relaxed, friendly environment where you can try things out, ask questions, and occasionally get things wrong without it being a big deal (that’s usually where the best learning happens).

Everything is tailored to you. Whether you’re looking to improve everyday communication, prepare for a presentation, or handle tricky workplace conversations, we’ll focus on real situations you actually face. We’ll start by identifying a scenario, then break it down into simple, manageable techniques that make it feel much more straightforward.

Sessions are interactive and hands-on. We’ll use discussion, guided exercises, and realistic practice so you’re not just talking about communication, you’re actually doing it. That might mean structuring your message more clearly, practising how to respond in challenging situations, or working on delivery so you come across with confidence (and not like you’re reading from an invisible script).

My background is in corporate training, particularly in customer-facing and contact centre environments, where communication really matters. I’ve worked with individuals and teams to build confidence, professionalism, and consistency in real-world situations.

Sessions are online and always move at a pace which works best for you.

By the end, you’ll have practical techniques you can use straight away, and hopefully feel a lot more confident doing it.
