My lessons are all about making sure you understand the topic – not just memorise it. I like to keep things interactive, relaxed, and focused on building real confidence, not just ticking boxes.
Typically, we’ll start by identifying what you’re struggling with (or what’s coming up in class/exams), then break it down step-by-step until it feels manageable – and maybe even satisfying! I’ll usually bring example questions and explain concepts visually or with analogies (sometimes involving pizza, football, or space – depends on the mood). I'm a firm believer that no question is a silly question – except maybe asking if physics has any jokes (the answer is: technically yes, but proceed with caution).
I tailor each session to how you learn best – whether that’s through lots of practice, visual aids, discussion, or mini quizzes. I’ve also worked with neurodivergent students and I’m always happy to adapt the structure and pace to suit your learning style.
Most importantly, my lessons are a safe space to learn, make mistakes, and ask all the “why does that happen?” questions. You’ll leave each session feeling clearer, more confident, and maybe even slightly impressed with yourself.
