My lessons are calm, structured, and fully tailored to each child. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach; I start by understanding how your child feels about learning, what they find difficult and where their confidence currently sits.
Each session is broken into small, manageable steps so children can experience success quickly. I use clear explanations, modelling and guided practice before moving into independent work. Where needed, I adapt in the moment (e.g. slowing things down, revisiting gaps, or changing approach entirely).
Alongside English and maths, I focus heavily on confidence, motivation and helping children re-engage with learning. Many of the children I work with have struggled in school, so building trust and a sense of success is always the priority.
I bring over 10 years of experience across primary education, including senior leadership and work in high-deprivation schools. My aim is to help your child feel capable, make steady progress and approach learning with more confidence.
