Darya Slastyon

Hi! I’m Dasha, a multidisciplinary artist and Art & Design student graduating in December 2025. I work in all kinds of media—drawing, painting, illustration, and Korean ink and colour brush techniques—so my lessons are pretty flexible and adapt to what you want to focus on. Whether you want to build strong fundamentals, try new techniques, or just play around and find your style, I can help.

I like to teach in a way that’s hands-on and step-by-step. We’ll go through exercises, demos, and practice together, and I’ll explain not just how, but why things work: composition, colour, perspective, everything. I also give feedback that’s honest but supportive, so you can improve without feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

We can work on:
• Drawing fundamentals (line, shading, proportion, perspective)
• Painting techniques and materials
• Style and creative exploration
• Personal projects or portfolio prep
• Korean ink & color brush painting, if you want something a bit different

I’ve taught friends, clients, and collaborators before, and my goal is always the same: help you improve your skills while discovering your own artistic voice. My lessons are for beginners, hobbyists, students prepping portfolios, or anyone who wants to reconnect with their creativity in a relaxed, encouraging way.
