I am currently a Business Process Mapper for Data and Repayments within a Business Improvement Team. This role has given me exposure to a wide variety of projects and both good and bad ways of working that I have helped improve.

I prefer to learn about my audience and tailor my approach based on thier experiences and expectations.

I have ADHD and so I understand all too well that there is no such thing as a one size fits all when it comes to learning and so outside of the content itself, the collaboration between student and teacher has the greatest impact on the success rate of gaining value from any lesson.

My current role is within the Student Loans Company, and so I have an appreciation for the time and financial commitment that comes with trying to improve your skills.

As my role is unique with the company, I have been responsible for the creation of all training documentation for not only what a Process Management Framework should look like, but also for my own role and responsibilities.

I am happy to create presentations, attend calls or simply communicate via email throughout the training, until you are confident you have learned everything you need to succeed.

Outside of Process mapping, I can also help in the best approach for creating supporting documentation for your process, identifying and unskilling Process Owners, creating Kanban boards to track progress and a wide variety of skills that I have picked up during my time.
