Each coaching plan begins with a discovery session where we identify your challenges and strengths. From there, we build a personalised roadmap. Weekly sessions (45–60 minutes) include practical tools like guided breathing, cognitive reframing, being solution focused and goal-setting exercises. For example, if procrastination is holding you back, we’ll explore the emotional triggers behind it and develop action plans that feel achievable to you.
