About me
I have been teaching now for just over 3 years, so my teaching style is very modern and approachable. I would describe my lessons as very interactive and scaffolded. The last thing any student wants is to feel like they're being thrown in the deep end, with no life jacket! I keep lessons simple and provide as much of my expertise as possible so that you can take away a lot more in a short space...
I have been teaching now for just over 3 years, so my teaching style is very modern and approachable. I would describe my lessons as very interactive and scaffolded. The last thing any student wants is to feel like they're being thrown in the deep end, with no life jacket! I keep lessons simple and provide as much of my expertise as possible so that you can take away a lot more in a short space of time. This means you can cut costs as you will obtain a range of skills loaded in your repertoire.
Something that I take great pride in, is in ensuring steady student progress as well as tracking progress. I like to know what my students are always making progress. Whether this be trough testing, contacting schools or organisations to hold students accountable, or through my own trackers (data). This ensures that students stay motivated as well as receiving tangible evidence that my teaching style is suitable and beneficial to them.
I have experience in a range of different subjects such as Maths, English, Physical Education, Science and History. I am accredited with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) so you can be assured you are in good hands. I have worked with students of many different capabilities and learning difficulties such as ASD, MLD and SEMH, so I am more than equipped to teach in any scenario.
I am young, tenacious and motivated to help where I can. If that's something that suits you then please, don't hesitate to get in touch.
